These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the We Make T-Shirts website and services. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Custom Manufacturing & Final Sale Policy

All products sold by We Make T-Shirts are custom manufactured to order. Because items are personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are final except in cases of confirmed production error attributable to We Make T-Shirts.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before approval, including artwork, spelling, garment style, colors, sizes, quantities, and placement. Once production begins, orders may not be canceled or modified.

2. Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other content, the customer represents and warrants that they own the rights or have authorization to use such material.

We Make T-Shirts assumes no responsibility for intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless We Make T-Shirts from any claims, damages, or legal actions related to copyright, trademark, or licensing disputes.

3. Proof Approval & Production Authorization

Production begins only after customer approval of proofs or finalized order details. Approval confirms that all elements are accurate.

We Make T-Shirts is not responsible for errors that were present in approved artwork or order specifications.

4. Industry Tolerances & Product Variations

Custom printing and embroidery involve normal industry tolerances, including:

  • Slight color variations between digital proofs and physical products

  • Minor placement shifts

  • Garment sizing variances from manufacturers

  • Ink texture or embroidery thread variation

  • Batch-to-batch garment color differences

These characteristics are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects.

5. Payment Terms

Orders require payment in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid orders will not enter production.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact to resolve an issue may be disputed and considered breach of agreement.

6. Production & Shipping Timelines

All production timelines are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, weather, equipment failure, or events outside our control do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Make T-Shirts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any order or website use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order.

8. Website Use & Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system operation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion.

9. Force Majeure

We Make T-Shirts is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor issues, government actions, or internet outages.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to our data practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wisconsin courts.
